Where do you get the products that you sell?

All of our used mobile devices are sourced from vendors who specialize in buy back programs with major carriers. In addition, these devices are put through rounds of testing to ensure full functionality.

What is your return policy?

Cell Phones:
Satisfaction Guarantee- You may return the device in original condition within 7 days of receipt if you are not satisfied. 
14 day return period from receipt of item for any functionality related issues. Upon receipt of return, a replacement or full refund will be provided.

Accessories:
Items must be returned in new original condition for a refund. Otherwise, returns and not accepted. 

What are unlocked phones?

Most phones from major carriers are SIM locked to their original carrier from the factory. Unlocked phones are those where the SIM lock has been removed from the device through iTunes for Apple devices and manufacturer unlocked codes for most brands. SIM lock removal allows for an unlocked device to be used on any GSM networks worldwide.

Are your devices ready for activation?

Yes, of course they are. Every single device in inventory has been checked to ensure the device is not stolen and has a Clean IMEI. We do not include SIM cards with our devices so it is recommended upon receipt to call your carrier or visit a local store.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, but only to GA residents as we are based out of Atlanta, GA.

What methods of payment are accepted?

All major credit cards are accepted including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We proudly accept payment by Paypal and Amazon Pay.

How do I know if a device I'm interested is compatible with my service provider?

If you are interested in purchasing a device that is not from your original carrier it would be best to email us at info@cellswapga.com so we can guide you in the purchasing process.
